1.If you should discover within 3 days of receiving the products that they are not what you ordered, please return the whole lot to us. This Company will return to you upon receipt of the returned products the delivery charge that you have incurred for the return of the products and send to you the products you originally ordered.
2.If you are dissatisfied with the products, you may return to the Company the whole lot or that part of the lot of which the package remains intact, but the cost of transportation for returning the products is to be borne by you. Upon receipt of the products and acceptance of them after proper inspection this company will return to you the corresponding sales proceeds, from which, however, our cost of transportation for the dispatch of the products to you and the service charge for the return of money to you, totaling 30 US dollars, will have to be deducted. If it is your first purchase and you have registered for membership of the Society of Patrons, the 10 US dollars given you by this company as a gift will also be deducted. If you have received any gift from this Company at the time when you placed your order, please return the gift to us together with the products being returned.
3.If you have placed an order at this Website and have made your payment by a credit card, you cannot ask for cancellation of the order and for return of the money already paid by you. If you discover that you have paid twice for the same order, you can certainly draw our attention to the duplicate payment, which we will return to you promptly.
4.Before making your payment you should use great care in filling in the name of the place to which the products are to be sent, the name of the consignee, the telephone number and other personal information required for delivery of the products. Such information can not be changed later because this Company dispatches products at the utmost high speed. You are going to bear any loss which may occur as a consequence of any error in the personal information that you have provided us with.
5.If the products ordered by you have reached the destination but there is no one there to receive them, the products, which have arrived to fulfill your order, will have to be sent back to China. In such circumstances you can not demand that the original order be cancelled and that the money be returned to you. You can only ask this Company to send the products to you again after the products thus returned have been received by this Company, checked and found in good order. Your request for sending the products to you the second time must be accompanied by a payment of 20 US dollars for transportation cost and service charge.
6.If the products ordered by you are lost in the course of transit or if they are not received by you within 30 days after being dispatched by this Company as per recording on EMS or Hong Kong Post Websites, you can not demand that the original order be cancelled, for we will dispatch the products to you once again. If this Company should discover that the nondelivery of the products was caused by force majeure, we will return to you the full amount of the money you have paid for your order. In case there should ever occur the phenomenon that a duplicate delivery of products is made to you, for which you have made payment for only one batch of the products, you may choose to refuse acceptance of the second batch or you will be liable for its payment.
7.Please make timely tracking inquires about your order. This Company does not consider it her responsibility to make tracking inquiries about your order all the time. If you have failed to make inquiries in good time so that the shipping order for you has passed the time limit for inquiry with the result that no recording can be located, you can not demand that this Company pay back the money to you.
